TtMYB1 interacts with TtHHO5 in N. benthamiana cells as measured by bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) assays. TtMYB1 was fused to the N-terminal fragment of yellow fluorescent protein (TtMYB1-nYFP), and TtHHO5 was fused to the C-terminal fragment of YFP (TtHHO5-cYFP). Co-localization of reconstituted YFP and nuclei was identified by 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) staining. Scale bars, 25 μm
