A circular diagram illustrating the whole genomes (chromosomes and plasmids) of this study. The draft genomes were aligned with 107 virulence genes from reference strains curated from VFDB, to assess their presence and distribution (Kp1084, HS11286, KCTC2242, MGH78578, NTUH2044 and JM45). Each genome is visually represented by a ring in the circular diagram, where different colors were used to indicate the percentage identity of the virulence gene in the studied genomes compared to the reference sequence. The color coding provides a visual representation of the degree of similarity or variation in the virulence genes across the genomes. The isolates kp10 and kp106 harbored the highest number of virulence factors. The image was generated using BRIG (http://brig.sourceforge.net)
